RESOLUTION 2026-041
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES
WITH VEENSTRA & KIMM, INC. [2026 RISK AND RESILIENCE ASSESSMENT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. for the
2026 Risk and Resilience Assessment; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services includes preparation of a Risk and Resilience Assessment and
an Emergency Response Plan based on the Risk and Resilience Assessment, as requested and
directed by the City; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. and the City of
Waukee, Iowa [2026 Risk and Resilience Assessment] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 2nd day of February,
2026.
