RESOLUTION 2026-072
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR AUTUMN RIDGE PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Alices Rd Waukee LLC, has requested final plat approval of Autumn Ridge Plat 2 (the
"Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on January 13, 2026, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Autumn Ridge Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with section § 176 — Subdivision Regulations of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
17th day of February, 2026, that the Final Plat for Autumn Ridge Plat 2 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
