AGENDA ITEM: Public hearing on the vacation of a gas main easement [HZB Enterprises,
LLC]
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff has received a request from the developer who has
purchased the Vintage Estates of Waukee property to vacate the existing gas
main easement that was recorded with the original final plat in 2022. The
developer has granted a new gas main easement to replace the existing
easement proposed to be vacated.
