pending proof of dram insurance, fire marshal approval and issuance of a
certificate of occupancy

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire and Community Development Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time, pending proof of dram insurance, fire marshal approval and
issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the application, pending proof of dram insurance, fire
marshal approval and issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
