Iowa Roofing for the Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course Clubhouse Window
Replacement Project, increasing the contract in the amount of $2,650.00

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The City of Waukee sought proposals for windows replacement at 1505 6th
Street. The contractor selected for that service was All Iowa Roofing.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
The cost for these services is $15,400. This proposal was approved by council
on September 15, 2025. During the course of this project, water damage to
walls and trim resulted in additional costs. All Iowa Roofing has submitted the
attached change order for $850 for wall repair and $1800 for additional
window trim replacement for a total change order of $2650.
