STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for Prairie
Village Apartments and find it in general conformance with the standard specification for the City of
Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2026-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[PRAIRIE VILLAGE APARTMENTS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Prairie Village of Iowa, LLC has completed the public improvements
associated with the Prairie Village Apartments; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Prairie Village Apartments Public Improvements and confirm that said improvements are
in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16th day of March, 2026, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Prairie Village Apartments.
