privileges for Waukee Hotel, LLC, d/b/a Aloft by Marriott West Des
Moines-Waukee [2848 Grand Prairie Parkway], pending proof of dram
insurance and fire marshal approval

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire and Community Development Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time, pending proof of dram insurance and fire marshal.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the application, pending proof of dram insurance and fire
marshal.
