RESOLUTION 2026-140
APPROVING THE REVISED SITE PLAN FOR KETTLESTONE PEAK COMMERCIAL
(1105 SE PLEASANT VIEW DRIVE)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Revised Site Plan for Kettlestone Peak Commercial, subject to remaining staff comments on
March 24, 2026; AND,
WHEREAS, the Revised Site Plan for Kettlestone Peak Commercial is in general conformance
with § 160 — Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Revised Site Plan for Kettlestone Peak Commercial is in general conformance
with § 161 — Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 6th day of April, 2026, that the Revised Site Plan for Kettlestone Peak Commercial is
approved.
