RESOLUTION 2026-154
APPROVING CROP DAMAGE CLAIM
[SCOTT WEARMOUTH LIVING TRUST; DAVID FELT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, this is an agreement between the City of Waukee and David Felt for loss of crops
in the permanent and temporary easement areas on the Scott Wearmouth Living Trust parcel;
AND,
WHEREAS, the damage is a direct result of the work performed as part of the 10th Street
Extension Project; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee the Crop
Damage Claim [Scott Wearmouth Living Trust; David Felt] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 20th day of April.
