RESOLUTION 2026-175
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE VILLAS AT KETTLESTONE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization;
AND,
WHEREAS, HZB ENTERPRISES LLC, has requested final plat approval of The Villas at Kettlestone (the
"Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat on April
14, 2026, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for The Villas at Kettlestone and the documents relating thereto will comply with
Section § 176 — Subdivision Regulations of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this 20th day
of April, 2026, that the Final Plat for The Villas at Kettlestone be and the same is hereby accepted and approved
by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements and
documents to be filed with the Plat:
1. Private Storm Sewer Easement; and
2. Private Sanitary Sewer Easement
