Easement [Mark Fish & Erin Fish]

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The purpose of the Public Sanitary Sewer Easement is to
allow for a connection to an existing manhole located on property owned by Mark & Erin Fish. The
easement is necessary to allow for the connection to the sanitary sewer needed by the proposed
Timberline Estates development.

RESOLUTION 2026-
APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
(MARK FISH & ERIN FISH)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a certain easement from Mark Fish and Erin Fish is
necessary for the purpose of connecting to a sanitary sewer.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Public Sanitary Sewer Easement from Mark Fish and Erin Fish is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 18th day of May,
2026.
