RESOLUTION 2026-202
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR REMINGTON POINTE PLAT 9
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, REMINGTON POINTE, LLC, has requested final plat approval of Remington Pointe
Plat 9 (the "Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on January 27, 2026, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Remington Pointe Plat 9 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with section §176 — Subdivision Regulations of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
4th day of May, 2026, that the Final Plat for Remington Pointe Plat 9 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
