STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire and Community Development Departments
have reviewed the ownership updates and find no reason to deny it at this
time, pending construction inspector and fire marshal approval.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the ownership updates, pending construction inspector and
fire marshal approval.
