STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for
Kettlestone Lakes Plat 1 and find it in general conformance with the standard specification for
the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2026-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[KETTLESTONE LAKES PLAT 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Landmark Companies has completed the public improvements associated
with Kettlestone Lakes Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Kettlestone Lakes Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1st day of June, 2026, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Kettlestone Lakes Plat 1.
