Maanen Electric, Inc., for the Public Safety Building Public Art Installation
Project, increasing the contract in the amount of $1,057.00
FORMAT:Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: On February 2, 2026, the city council approved a budget
for public art at the new public safety facility for $58,092. Since that time, the design and shape of the
artwork has been modified to include new materials and a slightly different shape. These changes
mean that the footings need to be deeper.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The change order of $1,057
accounts for the deeper footings and more concrete.
