AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving acceptance of a
temporary construction easement (Timberline Estates, LLC)
FORMAT: Resolution
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: A temporary construction easement is necessary for the
City to complete work associated with the South Warrior Lane extension
project across property owned by Timberline Estates, LLC. The appropriate
easement document has been submitted and reviewed by staff.

RESOLUTION 2026-
APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
(TIMBERLINE ESTATES, LLC)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a temporary construction easement from Timberline
Estates, LLC, is necessary for the purpose of construction of improvements associated with the
South Warrior Lane Improvements Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the following easements from Timberline Estates, LLC, is hereby accepted and approved:
1. Temporary Construction Easement
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 15th day of June,
2026.
