[Timberline Estates, LLC]

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The City of Waukee has designed plans and bid the project for the extension of S. Warrior Lane.
A portion of S. Warrior Lane crosses property owned by Timberline Estates, LLC. A warranty
deed is necessary from the property owner for the future right-of-way of S. Warrior Lane.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2026-
APPROVING WARRANTY DEED WITH TIMBERLINE ESTATES, LLC
[SOUTH WARRIOR LANE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City approved construction plans for South Warrior Lane Improvement Project
which included the extension of South Warrior Lane; AND,
WHEREAS, as a part of the improvements, a portion of South Warrior Lane is required to be
extended over property owned by Timberline Estates, LLC.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, that
the warranty deed for the extension of South Warrior Lane over and across property owned by
Timberline Estates, LLC, be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 15th day of
June, 2026.
