proof of dram insurance and fire marshal approval

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Community Development
Departments have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny
the permit at this time, pending proof of dram insurance and fire marshal
approval.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending proof of dram insurance and fire
marshal approval.
