STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for
Kettlestone Lakes Commercial and find it in general conformance with the standard specifications for
the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2026-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[KETTLESTONE LAKES COMMERCIAL]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Accurate Land Development has completed the public improvements
associated with Kettlestone Lakes Commercial; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Kettlestone Lakes Commercial and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part
of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of July, 2026, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Kettlestone Lakes Commercial.
