RESOLUTION 2026-230
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES
WITH SHIVE-HATTERY, INC.
[CORENE ACRES PHASE 1 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of Shive-Hattery, Inc. for the
Corene Acres Phase 1 Improvements Project; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services is for reconstruction of 3rd Street from Corene Avenue to
Northview Drive the project also includes storm sewer improvements, construction of water
main and water service lines from the main to the curb stops.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Shive-Hattery, Inc. and the City of
Waukee, Iowa [Corene Acres Phase 1 Improvements Project] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 1 St day of June, 2026.
