RESOLUTION 2026-262
APPROVING WARRANTY DEED WITH HUBBELL REALTY COMPANY
[SOUTH WARRIOR LANE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City approved construction plans for South Warrior Lane Improvement Project
which included the extension of South Warrior Lane; AND,
WHEREAS, as a part of the improvements, a portion of South Warrior Lane is required to be
extended over property owned by Hubbell Realty Company.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, that
the warranty deed for the extension of South Warrior Lane over and across property owned by
Hubbell Realty Company be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 15t day of
June, 2026.
