RESOLUTION 2026-266
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CITIZEN MEMBERS TO
THE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THREE-YEAR TERMS TO END
JUNE 30, 2029
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, each year the mayor must appoint or reappoint citizen members to those boards
which have appointments scheduled to expire or unexpired terms; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke has made the following appointments to the Library Board
of Trustees:
David Meyer reappointment 3-year term ending 06/30/2029
Emily Schultz reappointment 3-year term ending 06/30/2029
Chelsea Salvo appointment 3-year term ending 06/30/2029
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
15t" day of June, 2026, that the mayor's appointments to the Library Board of Trustees are
hereby approved.
