RESOLUTION 2026-270
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LES SCHWAB TIRE CENTER
(3405 GRAND PRAIRIE PARKWAY)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Les Schwab Tire Center, subject to remaining staff comments on June 9, 2026;
AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Les Schwab Tire Center is in general conformance with § 160 —
Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Les Schwab Tire Center is in general conformance with § 161 —
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 15th day of June, 2026, that the Site Plan for Les Schwab Tire Center is approved.
