STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire and Community Development Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time, pending fire marshal approval and issuance of a certificate of
occupancy.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the application, pending fire marshal approval and issuance
of a certificate of occupancy.
