STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: The Waukee Police Department has reviewed the
application and finds no reason to deny the permit at this time, pending
fire marshal approval and issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the application, pending fire marshal approval and issuance
of a certificate of occupancy.
