AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving acceptance of a non-
public ingress/egress easement and an access easement (Four Seasons
Properties, Inc.)

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Two easements from Four Seasons Properties, Inc, the
owner of Timberline Campground, are needed to allow access across the
campground for emergency services purposes.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2026-
APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF NON-PUBLIC INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT
AND AN ACCESS EASEMENT (FOUR SEASONS PROPERTIES, INC.)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from Four Seasons Properties, Inc.
are necessary for the purpose of construction of improvements associated with the South Warrior
Lane Improvements Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the following easements from Four Seasons Properties, Inc. are hereby accepted and
approved:
1. Non-Public Ingress/Egress Easement; and
2. Access Easement
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 20th day of July,
2026.
