RESOLUTION 2020-109
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR KINSHIP BREWING COMPANY (255 NW
SUNRISE DRIVE)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Kinship Brewing Company, subject to remaining staff comments on March 10,
2020; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Kinship Brewing Company is in general conformance with § 160 —
Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Kinship Brewing Company is in general conformance with §161 —
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 23`d day of March, 2020 that the Site Plan for Kinship Brewing Company is approved
subject to approval of offsite easements and remaining staff comments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements related to the site plan to be filed with the Dallas County Recorder:
