RESOLUTION 2020-152
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR STONE PRAIRIE PLAT 7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, J4 NORTH, LLC has requested final approval of Stone Prairie Plat 7 (the "Plat'); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on April 14, 2020, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 7 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
20`h day of April, 2020, that the Final Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 7 be and the same is hereby accepted
and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1. Public Storm Water Detention Easement;
2. Gas Main Easement;
3. Public Ingress/Egress Easement;
4. Public Landscape Buffer Easement;
5. Public Utility Easement;
6. Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
7. Public Water Main Easement; and
8. Public Temporary Construction Easement
