RESOLUTION 2020-031
APPROVING PROPOSAL FROM MIDAMERICAN ENERGY FOR TRANSFORMER
INSTALLATION [INTERSECTION OF SE KETTLESTONE BOULEVARD AND
GRAND PRAIRIE PARKWAY, WMIS 27735061
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee requested a proposal from MidAmerican Energy Company to
install a transformer at the intersection of SE Kettlestone Boulevard and Grand Prairie Parkway
to provide power for future traffic signalization;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the City of
Waukee hereby approves the Proposal from MidAmerican Energy for transformer installation
[Intersection of SE Kettlestone Boulevard and Grand Prairie Parkway, WMIS 2773506].
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 20`s day of January;
2020.
