RESOLUTION 2020-039
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CITIZEN MEMBERS TO THE
VARIOUS CITY BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, each year the mayor shall appoint or reappoint citizen members to the City's
various boards, commissions, committees; AND,
WHEREAS, the appointees for calendar year 2020 are as follows:
Board of Adjustment
Cole Bisgard appointment 5-year term ending 01/31/2025
Board of Appeals
Michael Prospero appointment 5-year term ending 01/31/2025
Kate Mullinex appointment unexpired term ending 01/31/2022

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
20" day of January, 2020, that it hereby approves the mayor's appointment of citizen members to
the various City boards, commissions and committees.
