RESOLUTION 2020-042
APPROVING THE VINCE MEYER LEARNING CENTER PRESCHOOL AND OFFICE
ADDITION SITE PLAN (430 ASHWORTH DRIVE)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and recommended
approval of a Site Plan for Vince Meyer Learning Center Preschool and Office Addition on
January 14, 2020, subject to remaining staff comments; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Vince Meyer Learning Center Preschool and Office Addition is in
general conformance with section § 160 — Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance
of the Waukee Municipal Code.
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Vince Meyer Learning Center Preschool and Office Addition is in
general conformance with § 161 — Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this the 20th day of January, 2020, that the Site Plan for Vince Meyer Learning Center Preschool
and Office Addition be approved.
