RESOLUTION 2020-043
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
FOURTH STREET AND FIFTH STREET PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PLAN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Fourth Street and Fifth
Street Public Improvement Plan; AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 20"' day of January, 2020 that the Construction Drawings for Fourth Street and Fifth Street
Public Improvement Plan be approved.
