RESOLUTION 2020-045
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES BETWEEN
FOTH INFRASTRUCTURE AND ENVIRONMENT, LLC, AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE
[SE ASHWORTH ROAD CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS, 1800 FEET WEST OF
GRAND PRAIRIE PARKWAY TO WACO PLACE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City requires professional services related to the design and construction
administration for improvements to SE Ashworth Road from 1,800 feet west of Grand Prairie Parkway
east to Waco Place; AND,
WHEREAS, City staff recommends retaining the services of Foth Infrastructure and Environment,
LLC, for said services.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC,
and the City of Waukee [SE Ashworth Road Corridor Improvements, 1800 Feet West of Grand Prairie
Parkway to Waco Place] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 201h day of January, 2020.
