RESOLUTION 2020-013
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[STRATFORD CROSSING PLAT 21
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Landmark Development Services, Inc., of Clive, IA, has completed the
public improvements associated with Stratford Crossing Plat 2; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Stratford Crossing Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 61" day of January, 2020, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Stratford Crossing Plat 2.
