RESOLUTION 2020-235
APPROVING QUOTE FOR DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES —
25 NORTHVIEW DRIVE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee acquired the property located at 25 Northview Drive and has
determined that several structures need to be removed; AND,
WHEREAS, City staff requested quotes for the demolition of structures and restoration of the
property; AND,
WHEREAS, having reviewed the submitted quotes, City staff recommends awarding quote for
demolition services located at 25 Northview Drive to DeCarlo Demolition of Des Moines, Iowa in
the amount of $13,750.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa that
the quotes for the structure demolition as noted above be accepted and approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 22°d day of June, 2020.
