RESOLUTION 2020-256
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
RDG PLANNING & DESIGN [SUGAR CREEK WATERSHED ASSESSMENT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, JOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, in order to understand the character of the sub -watersheds in the portion of the City
and its future growth areas that drain to Sugar Creek, the City desires to retain the services of
RDG Planning & Design to conduct a study to assess the stability of significant stream corridors
within the Sugar Creek watershed and evaluate stormwater management methods that should be
employed as development occurs within this area; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the Agreement for Professional Consulting
Services and finds it satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with RDG Planning & Design [Sugar Creek
Watershed Assessment] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee.. Iowa, and approved the 6"' day of July, 2020.
