RESOLUTION 2020-216
APPROVAL OF AMENDING A CERTAIN ADDRESS FOR LOT 14 OF
WINDSOR WEST
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, 10 WA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee approved the final plat for Windsor West which is
recorded in Book 778 at Page 629-650, Dallas County, Iowa; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there was a scriveners error related to Lots 14 of
Windsor West; AND,
WHEREAS, staff recommends changing the following address for Lot 14 of Windsor
West as follows:
Parcel No. I Lot No. Current Address Proposed Address
1233453019 19 1073 3`d Street 1075 3`d Street
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 151h day of June 2020, that the local address as referenced above is
amended. A copy of this resolution shall be filed of record with the Recorders Office of
Dallas County, Iowa.
