RESOLUTION 2020-223
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
SNYDER & ASSOCIATES [2020-2021 MISCELLANEOUS TRAFFIC ENGINEERING
SERVICES]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the services of Snyder & Associates, Inc., to perform
various traffic engineering services; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services includes, but is not limited to, traffic counts, preparation of
funding applications, speed limit review, traffic study or signal plan review, traffic signal
operations review, trip generation estimates, signing and pavement marking review, capacity
analysis, access/driveway review, and meeting attendance;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Snyder & Associates, Inc., and the City
of Waukee, IA [2020-2021 Miscellaneous Traffic Engineering Services] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 15th day of June,
2020.
