RESOLUTION 2020-075
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[SPRING CREST PLAT 41
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, McAninch of Des Moines, IA, has completed the public improvements
associated with Spring Crest Plat 4; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Spring Crest Plat 4 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 2"d day of March, 2020, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Spring Crest Plat 4.
