AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 301.23,WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,M-IA LIMITED INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT,BY DELETING FROM SUBSECTION 301.23(B)(1)THEREOF THE WORDS
"THE C-l AND",SO THAT SAID SUBSECTION READS,"ANY USE PERMITTED IN M-l
DISTRICTS."
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council ofthe City of Waukee:
Section 1.Section 301.23,Waukee Municipal Code,Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Waukee,Iowa,M-IA Limited Industrial District is hereby amended by deleting from subsection
301.23(B)(1)thereof the words,"the C-l and",so that said subsection reads:
"Any use permitted in M-I Districts."
Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this ordinance shall be
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any section,provision,or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.1
Section 4.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,this 3rd day of February 2003,and
approved this 3rd day of February 2003.
