AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 225.2,SUBSECTION B,
WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE,TO PROVIDE FOR A FORM OF UTILITY
PERMIT APPLICATION TO BE APPROVED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
WORKS,BY ADDING AFTER THE WORD "INSTALLATION"IN THE
FOURTH LINE THEREOF,THE WORDS:"INCLUDING APPLICANT NAME,
STREET ADDRESS,CITY,STATE &ZIP CODE,TELEPHONE NUMBER,
CONTACT PERSON,AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION AS MAY BE
REQUIRED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS".
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee:
Section 1.Chapter 225.2(B),Waukee Municipal Code,Notice of Work,is
hereby amended by inserting after the word "installation",in the 4th line thereof,the
words,"including applicant name,street address,city,state &zip code,telephone
number,contact person,and any other information as may be required by the Director of
Public Works".
Section 2.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3.Severability Clause.If any section,provision or part of this
ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole OT any section,provision,or part thereof not
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
Section 4.Effective Date.This ordinance shall be in effect upon its
final passage,approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the Council this 19th day of May 2003,and approved this 19th day of
May 2003.
