RESOLUTION 2020-311
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR ELITE EYE CARE
(1350 SE UNIVERSITY AVENUE)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Elite Eye Care, subject to remaining staff comments on August 11, 2020; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Elite Eye Care is in general conformance with § 160 — Site and
Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Elite Eye Care is in general conformance with § 161—
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 21 st day of August, 2020 that the Site Plan for Elite Eye Care is approved subject to
remaining staff comments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements related to the site plan to be filed with the Dallas County Recorder:
1. Detention Easement
