Home My WebLink About2020-02-04-Resolution 2020-048_Limited Part-Time-Seasonal-Intern Compensation PlanTHE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 2020-048 APPROVAL OF THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY OF WAUKEE LIMITED PART TIME/SEASONAL/INTERN EMPLOYEES IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Director, Marketing & Communication Director and Human Resources Director have reviewed and recommend approval of the revised Limited Part Time/Seasonal/Intern pay plan to include positions previously covered by the non -union compensation plan. The positions include; Recreation Lead, Recreation Assistant I and Recreation Assistant II. Additionally, the plan will include intern positions for Parks & Recreation and Marketing & Communication departments; AND, WHEREAS, the positions of Recreation lead, Recreation Assistant I and Recreation Assistant II have been removed from the non -union compensation plan; AND, WHEREAS, the proposed compensation plans shall be effective April 1, 2020 and shall remain in effect until such time as revised compensation plans are presented. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 4th"' day of February 2020, that the City of Waukee Limited Part Time/Seasonal/Intern compensation plan and revised non -union compensation plan, which are attached hereto as Exhibit A and Exhibit B, are hereby approved.
