RESOLUTION 2020-055
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES BETWEEN
FOTH INFRASTRUCTURE AND ENVIRONMENT, LLC, AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE
[10" GAS MAIN SURVEY ALONG MEREDITH DRIVE AND NW LOTH STREET]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City requires professional services related to the analysis and design for the
installation of a 10" gas main along NW 10`h Street from W. Hickman Road to NW Meredith Drive,
then along NW Meredith Drive from NW 10°i Street to NE Alice's Road; AND,
WHEREAS, City staff recommends retaining the services of Foth Infrastructure and Environment,
LLC, for said services.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC,
and the City of Waukee [10" Gas Main Survey along Meredith Drive and NW 10'h Street] is hereby
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 41h day of February, 2020.
