RESOLUTION 2020-443
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [WAUKEE CROSSING PLAT 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Corell Contractor, Inc., of West Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Waukee Crossing Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Waukee Crossing Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16t' day of November, 2020, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Waukee Crossing Plat 1.
