APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES
AMENDMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WAUKEE AND SHIVE HATTERY [WAUKEE
SIGNAGE PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Council has identified gateway signage as a priority; AND,
WHEREAS, the City has previously competed a Gateway, Wayfinding and Community Identity Plan
and Phase I of the Community Identity Signage Project and Alice's Road Community Identity
Elements and Median Improvements; AND,
WHEREAS, additional consulting time was required during the implementing phases of the various
signage projects; AND,
WHEREAS, the professional services agreement amendment has been reviewed and approved by the
Waukee City Attorney.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services Amendment between the City of Waukee and Shive
Hattery [Waukee Signage Project] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the th day of December 2020.
