WORK SESSION INEETING
April 18,2019
The work session meeting of the Waukee City Council came to order at 8:15 a.m.at Waukee City Hall,230
W.Hickman Rd.
The following members were present:Council Members Anna Bergman,R.Charles Bottenberg,Courtney
Clarke,Shelly Hughes,Larry R.Lyon.Absent:Mayor William F.Peard.(Mayor Peard arrived
approximately 1:15p.m.)
Also in attendance:City Administrator Tim Moerman,I yle Sumek with Lyle Sumek Associates,Inc.
Work Session:Goal setting and strategic planning for FY2020,first session —Mr.Sumek lead the
council through a review of status of the current fiscal year strategic plan and goals and began discussions
on possible goals for FY2020.
