RESOLUTION 02-34 I
APPROVING THE ORDER OF PREPARATION OF DETAILED PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS,NOTICE OF HEARING,NOTICE TO BIDDERS AND
FORM OF CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE DOWNTOWN
REDEVELOPMENT PHASE I IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kinnn,Inc.have been working with the downtown business
owners and interested citizens since summer of200l;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kinnn,Inc.have created plans,which after minor changes,
meet with the approval of downtown business owners and interested citizens;AND,
WHEREAS,City Staff have reviewed and approved the proposed plans for the
Downtown Redevelopment Phase I Improvements.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 25th day of February 2002 that it hereby approves the order of preparation of
detailed plans,specifications,notice of hearing,notice to bidders and form of contract for
the construction ofthe Downtown Redevelopment Phase I Improvements.J
