RESOLUTION 02-37
APPROVING THE PROPOSED FY2003 BUDGET
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is a duly incorporated City within the County of Dallas
and the State of Iowa AND,
WHEREAS,the State ofIowa has set March 15 as the date cities must submit a certified
budget to their respective county auditors AND,
WHEREAS,a public hearing was held March 4,2002 during the regularly scheduled
council meeting to seek and to receive citizen input concerning the proposed FY2003
budget AND,
WHEREAS,the city council,after reviewing the proposed FY2003 budget and after
receiving citizen input on the FY2003 budget,fmds the FY2003 budget fiscally
responsible and responsive to the needs of the city.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of March 2002 that it hereby approves the proposed FY2003 budget.
