RESOLUTION 02-38
APPROVING THE AMENDED 28E AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN
THE FUNDING OF THE AIRPORT MASTER PLANNING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Dallas County Development,Inc.has determined that there is interest in
developing an airpark in the central area of Dallas County;AND,
WHEREAS,Dallas County Development,Inc.is now seeking to develop a consortium
to pursue development of an airport master plan AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to promote the development of commercial and
industrial business within the City AND,
WHEREAS,the interest shown and the possibilities for increased development indicate
that joining the consortium and helping to fund the development of an airport master plan
would benefit the City
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of March 2002 that it hereby approves the Amended 28E Agreement
for participation in the funding of the Airport Master-plan.
